DO YOU ONLY DRAW PETS?
Your choices are limitless! We can create memories with several mediums with any subject! Just because we specialize in pet portraits doesn't mean that we can't create pieces of other subjects! We can also draw humans, vehicles, landscapes - you name it!
WHAT KIND OF MEDIUMS CAN YOU USE?
Our ability to use mediums has no ends! We range from digital to tradition including: oil, acrylic, pencil, ink, color pencil, marker. If you can think of a medium and wonder if we cover it, feel free to reach out to us!
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
We send invoices through Square which accepts electronic payment.
IS THERE A REFUND POLICY?
Payment is not due in full until product is finished. We ask for a deposit of 50% upon contracting. The rest of the 50% is due at product exchange. The deposit is nonrefundable. Client cannot cancel commission after coloring has started. If for any reason the transaction does not go through, we have the right to re-sell the general idea of your commission to create a different piece,
WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
Contact us with details of what you have in mind. We will give you a quote. Once all details are sorted through, we will send you an invoice for the 50% of the non-refundable deposit. We will contact you with general sketch and composition of your commission. Here is where you can make any changes you see fit. After this point, you cannot cancel the commission. We will then continue with coloring and detailing. Once we have finished the piece, we will contact you and allow small changes. Once you are happy with the piece, we will send another invoice for the remainder of the payment. Not until the transaction is through, will we send you the full piece.

WHY DO I HAVE TO SIGN A FORM?
This is to protect the artist's and your right to print/reproduce and financial reasons. This keeps all parties legally liable and protected from any breaches.
HOW DO WE GET OUR PRODUCT?
With digital, you have the option to print it. You have the option of printing it yourself or we can print it and exchange it to you in person or through the mail. You will be responsible for the printing fees if you chose to have us print it. In addition, you will be responsible to pay for any shipping and handling as well, if at all shipped. We can also personally hand you any traditional work, or ship it to you.
All digital pieces have the options of physical print and/or the .png file for sharing and printing. All traditional pieces have only one option of a physical copy.
CAN YOU FRAME OUR WORK?
We are not responsible for any framing. We recommend using Hobby Lobby, Michael's, or any framing specific shops. We recommend in person shops rather than online.
AM I ALLOWED TO PRINT/REPRODUCE YOUR PRODUCT?
You will have the rights to share and reproduce your piece for personal use and without profit, but also given appropriate credit. You cannot reproduce for profit unless specifically stated and agreed in contractual form. Watermark/signature cannot be removed.
WHY DO I SEE SOME OF YOUR WORK WITH WATERMARKS THAT DON'T MATCH WITH YOUR BLESSED REBEL WATERMARK?
Because I like to display my artwork from across my life journey, you may see some older works with watermarks under "LizzardDraws," "Liz's Petures," etc.
